Northfork homes were built by David Weekley Homes, Village Builders, Brighton Homes and the now defunct Ryland Homes in 1991 through 1997. There are 1016 single family homes there (a small handful are patio or garden style homes). Homes range in size from 1,600 square feet to 3,500 feet and have 3-5 bedrooms, 2 – 3.5 baths and 2 car garages. About 10% of the homes have a 3 car garage. Lot sizes can be from 6,000 square feet to 18,000 with an average being 8,400.
